1. Take I-77 exit 1 for US-52 N toward Bluefield and merge onto US-460 W / US-52 N.
2. Stay on US-460 W to exit 3 for VA-102 toward Pocahontas.
3. Continue on VA-102 W (College Ave) to State Route 696 (Big Branch Rd) and turn left.
4. Continue to the stop sign, turn right onto State Route 644, and the property is on your left.
